Herona community hospital with support from imet 2000 conducted amedical outreach targeting visual imparement HIV and Diabetic screening 179 recieved eyecare services, 96 patients with presbyopia recieved free reading glasses,12 cataracts were diagnosed and booked for free surgery 71clients were screened for diabetes ,61 HIV Tests were conducted
