Herona Community Hospital was delighted to welcome two valued supporters, Ms Juanii and Richard Field, during their recent visit to the hospital. Their presence and continued support have greatly contributed to the success of the hospital’s community health initiatives.
Ms. Juanii, a retired nurse from the United States, and Mr. Richard Field took time to meet with the hospital staff, tour the facility, and learn more about the hospital’s work in delivering healthcare services to communities in need.
Support for Community Outreach Camps
Herona Community Hospital extends its sincere appreciation to both Ms. Juanii and Mr. Richard Field for their valuable support toward the recent outreach camps organized by the hospital in different communities. These outreach programs have played a vital role in bringing healthcare services closer to people who may not easily access medical care.
During these camps, the hospital team provided a range of free services including:
- Eye examinations and treatment
- Registration of patients with cataracts for surgery
- General health screening
- Community health education
Thanks to the support of partners and friends like Ms. Juanii and Mr. Richard Field, many community members were able to receive timely medical care and guidance on maintaining their health.
